Return and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of digital products sold by SCS Solutions LLC ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer"). By purchasing any digital product from the Seller, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase any products from SCS Solutions LLC.

All sales of digital products by SCS Solutions LLC are final. However, if you experience technical difficulties accessing the product, or if there is an issue with the content, please contact us at info@scleensolutions.com or call 501-554-6518. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution, such as product replacement or a partial refund.

All digital products purchased from SCS Solutions LLC are for personal or internal business use only. The Buyer is not allowed to resell, distribute, or share any part of the digital product with anyone outside of their company. The intellectual property of SCS Solutions LLC remains the sole property of SCS Solutions LLC.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@scleensolutions.com or call 501-554-6518 before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns. In the case of a disputed transaction, SCS Solutions LLC will provide relevant evidence to our payment processor to support our claim.

SCS Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to purchase digital products from SCS Solutions LLC, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to any modifications or updates made to this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and SCS Solutions LLC with respect to the purchase of digital products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
